Wasp plague

Even though the summer is almost over, the wasps are still everywhere and annoy us. At cake counters, ice cream stands, drink kiosks -- even on the ham at the breakfast table there are wasps. And this year there seems to be a lot of these insects. This is due to the warm and short winter, which allowed many larvae to survive.

Skinny fat: What is it?

"Skinny fat" comes from English and describes people who are slim and have a low body mass index (BMI), but have a high percentage of fat in relation to their body weight. An estimated 70 to 80 percent of all lean people are skinny fat. When dressed, it is difficult to tell if a person is "skinny fat." The truth comes out in a swimsuit or bikini. Rather than seeing tight contours, what comes to light are hanging buttocks, a big gut, flabby upper arms and cellulite on the thighs. At first glance, people who are "skinny fat" make a slim and fit impression, but on closer inspection you can see the deficits.
