Conscious nutrition is the key to health and well-being. Many people are unaware that good health depends largely on proper nutrition. A healthy, balanced diet can prevent many serious diseases. It is not for nothing that the saying goes: "You are what you eat." This is why it is so important to attach greater importance to nutrition than has been the case in the past. Everyone is free to decide how he or she eats and thus influence his or her health, at least as an adult. On the one hand, this freedom of choice carries a risk of abuse. On the other hand, this opportunity to change our diet means we can influence our health positively. We have the power ourselves to improve our health through a natural and well-balanced diet.
