Glycemic table

In this table you will find the glycemic index (GLYX) of the most important carbohydrate foods. A value up to 55 is a low GLYX, from 56 to 69 a medium GLYX, and from 70 a high glycemic index. Foods marked with an asterisk* may also be eaten in small quantities for those on an insulin-conscious diet, as these foods have a low carbohydrate concentration of less than 10 grams per 100 grams of food.
