Not all foods equally suit all people: It depends on the type of metabolism to which they belong. A distinction is made among protein type, carbohydrate type and mixed type. Each metabolic type is assigned a specific form of nutrition. The individual differences lie in the type, quantity and combination of the respective foods.
In the course of evolution, different metabolic types have developed to which the individual foods fit differently. Questions about eating habits, preferences, food tolerance and certain medical parameters can be used to determine which metabolic category you belong to. This results in your personal food selection list, which tells you which foods are particularly good for your metabolism and which are less good.
